“We absolutely loved the colour and design of the paper but was disappointed with the fact that the paper if creased it seemed the paint would look like a crack had appeared on the surface.”

Hi Edward, Thank you for your feedback! We're thrilled to hear that you loved the colour and design of the Ralph Lauren Ashfield Floral. However, we completely understand your concern regarding the print. The particular design is Surface Printed, which is how they achieve such uniform, deep background colours, but Surface Printing is more fragile than Gravure or Digital. This is one of only 3 designs we sell which is surface printed, so if you want something that is easier to hang, I can point you in the right direction. “All started really well but I had to chase up delivery which resulted me in losing my slot with decorators. However no problem in cancelling order and refund”

“Not an order this time trying to find suitable wallpaper. No help with samples endless email with gentleman then duplicates sent.”

“Hello, I ordered 1 roll of expensive wallpaper for a very special decorating product, good price, excellent timely delivery and high quality paper. I did notice that at one edge, towards the internal end of the roll it looked like the pattern had a slight colour run or printing scuff and wondered if it was a seconds. I didn't raise the matter, was able to work with what I had and this would not dissuade me from ordering again.”

“Hello guys, ultimately love the wallpaper and love the design. I respect there’s always a risk involved using wallpaper in a bathroom, but was lead to believe this was suitable for bathrooms. We’ve had it professionally fitted in the bathroom and sad to say after one week it’s breaking at the seams and we’re seeing disruption from my bad choice of wanting to use this particular paper in a bathroom. It’s brand new bathroom with next extractors and all the fittings so it’s a shame we’ve come a little undone over the wallpaper. If you have any suggestions or solutions please reply to my personal email, hope there is a way of rectifying or at least filling in the gaps etc. where it’s moved. Thanks in advance (I am at the pub and cannot attach any images just yet sorry).”

“Order was placed, then was called saying stock was unavailable even though website allowed me to place the order. It was then made out it would take a couple of days for new delivery - it didn't, it took almost 2 weeks. The sample of the paper does not accurately show the paper as on the sample there was no stripes and the proper roll of paper when up has stripes which is not the look we were going for.”
