“Helpful staff online. Would have liked a bigger sample as the pattern and colours are so diverse. Would have happily paid more for that. Would have liked the option to open the package to check but as one could not return the item having done this, it was not possible. As it is the wallpaper I bought is much darker than in the pictures you display. Clearly I can now no longer return it. A catch 22 situation. I doubt there are any returns due to the above policy.”

“We chose a paper we liked and ordered a sample which never came they said they was gonna repost again which never came either . so we got the paper from another company”
