“Helpful staff online. Would have liked a bigger sample as the pattern and colours are so diverse. Would have happily paid more for that. Would have liked the option to open the package to check but as one could not return the item having done this, it was not possible. As it is the wallpaper I bought is much darker than in the pictures you display. Clearly I can now no longer return it. A catch 22 situation. I doubt there are any returns due to the above policy.”

“Very speedy delivery and beautiful designs. Simple to order. The company are Perhaps missing out on sales as no phone call when making an enquiry and I didn’t realise there were matching cushions- opportunity for upselling and promoting the products missed. But love the product! Beautiful!”

“The wallpaper material itself is amazing quality but the samples are really hard to judge due to the size of them especially when most of the designs are very intricate , would recommended in the future for any of our customers who are looking for something individual and unusual”

“I emailed company to request sample wallpaper (in 3 different colours) & received a response from Paul, who arranged to send samples. Good communication throughout & received exactly what I ordered. I would recommend Designer Wallpapers to others!”

“Well, we love the wallpaper but have been hampered with completing the job because of Covid infections. We ordered Netherfield by Osborne and Little in Black. It is beautful. I am glad there is a 60 days return on it. I really hope we can get it finished after we test negative in case we have some to return.”
