“Website said next day delivery. It took 5 days to come when I spoke to the company they said it was the supplier fault as it came direct from them and would not help with additional days cost towards decorator having to return. Disappointing as the contract was made with Designer Wallpaper and not the manufacturer and they said the next day delivery didn’t mean anything as it was mitigated in the terms and conditions. Disingenuous. I gave them every opportunity to improve feedback.”

Dear Sheila, Thank you for taking the time to write a review, we really appreciate your comments. I have investigated the order and I am sorry that your free next day delivery did not arrive on time. When you ordered the product you had the option of a paid guaranteed delivery, but I can see you opted for the free non guaranteed option instead. I can see that your wallpaper shipped directly from Osborne and Little's warehouse on time, however unfortunately the parcel was misrouted by the courier, which caused the delay. I am sorry if you were given the impression that it was Osborne and Little’s fault, as it certainly was not the case and we take full responsibility. We always advise customers to take receipt of the order, before booking a decorator, but we appreciate that this is not always possible. Over 99% of free next day deliveries arrive on time, but if you have already booked a decorator it’s best to choose the guaranteed delivery.
