“Communication was good. Delivery was quick and I am very happy with the final product. But the best aspect of ordering with Designer Wallpapers is the fact that you can send back unused rolls. It allowed me to order an extra roll for peace of mind as I had been caught short in the past. I was able to send one unused roll back without any problem. It was was all very straightforward. I will use this company again.”

“My wallpaper samples arrived quickly and well packaged! However the samples I ordered were busy papers and not all of the colours were on the sample I received. For example the pink flowers that are in the paper were not in my sample! This hindered my decision making. I hope this helps 🙌 Ava”

“We absolutely loved the colour and design of the paper but was disappointed with the fact that the paper if creased it seemed the paint would look like a crack had appeared on the surface.”

However, we completely understand your concern regarding the print. The particular design is Surface Printed, which is how they achieve such uniform, deep background colours, but Surface Printing is more fragile than Gravure or Digital. This is one of only 3 designs we sell which is surface printed, so if you want something that is easier to hang, I can point you in the right direction. “I contacted Designer Wallpapers concerning a sample of paper. The response was very quick and a small problem was swiftly righted. I will contact them again when I have seen the samples under very different light in France. Good to know that they offer a personalised service.”
