“Purchased product. Faulty cp company shirt. Was told white marks should have been acceptable as it was hand dyed. Really? It looked ancient. Was told to send back over a month ago. Sent recorded delivery. Apparently not recieved and still £50 out of pocket. Full price flannels for me fromnow on. Disgusted”

“Absolutely awful customer service. Ordered a top for my son for Xmas day ,& received something totally different, couldn’t contact them to sort it out, tried email & ringing them a number of times. My son ended up with not what he asked for.”
