Good Morning Hazel, May I ask why you were unhappy with the quality of the goods received. I can see you ordered an EA7 Hooded Sweatshirt, I can confirm that these come direct from Armani, and therefore I am unsure why the quality would be not up to satisfaction. I can see that you have not made contact with us in regards to this order. Have you already returned this to us? In future, please reach out to us first with issues such as this so we can help resolve this for you before writing a negative review. Good Afternoon, it looks like you ordered this late on Tuesday evening, and then this was despatched on Wednesday. Royal Mail do state that this is a 3-4 working day standard service. I can see that this was delivered on Monday 16th November. Could you please review this and amend? Thank you
