I found the pop up waste as described mis leading as it was actually a click clack type when i thought it was a pop up waste meaning when you turn the over flow cover the waste plug pops up. Also the quality of the product was not good I am a professional bathroom installer with over 20 years experience. when I came to screw the front over flow cover to the plastic outlet bit on the back, the brass nut that holds the two pieces together just came out of its retaining holder in the plastic outlet that fits at the back of the bath. On closer inspection I noticed that this is design fault. After much messing about i got the waste to do the job its intended Designer bathrooms need to LOOK at there products more closely.

Poor service. As others have said before me. After an online chat in which they said they had stock in of a Valve I wanted, I ordered it after they took my money but nothing arrived after the 1-3 day delivery. No explanation was given until I contacted them. I spoke to the helpful girl who was understandably working from home but was told they weren't in stock until next week, so i had to settle with an alternative valve. From this, my only experience with designer bathroom store, I would look elsewhere.

Item delivered without warning , only by luck a neighbour was in . Box was damaged , on unwrapping so was the radiator itself .time was against us as a plumber was on site . Email was sent to address on the paperwork with pictures but no response received ..poor all round .

Promised me next day delivery via APC . Took two days and even then I had to collect it my self

Unfortunately the product arrived in poor condition (damaged) It was left on the door stop by the delivery driver and all the packaging was damaged and the product too. I’ve contacted DBS for an exchange

It could be that you have done all you could? But the fact is you said it had been shipped and delivery date was Friday 31st August. I stayed in to receive it but it did not arrive. Nor did it arrive the next day Saturday 1st September. I have my plumber coming to fit it tomorrow....Monday 3rd September and I really hope it arrives in time???? Debbie

Ordered a white radiator. Radiator delivered next day, which was good. Box said the radiator was white but when we opened the box to install it was anthracite.

Wrong product delivered. Difficult to get phone answered. Advised wrong product would be taken when correct delivered but not known by driver who would not take. Will now have to have available for 3rd time

haven't got it yet. I thought as it's such a small item it would be in the post but it came by carrier whilst we were out and they didn't leave it, saying they needed a signature which seems ridiculous for such a low value item. As a result they will now deliver sometime on Monday forcing us to be in all day potentially as there is no time slot. Not good
