They have provided a very personalised service and were able to offer a range of product choices to suit the requirements we provided, at very reasonable prices. The advice and customer service from Murray were exemplary both before and after placing the order and the radiators were delivered when requested and without a delivery charge. “Very fast, and very efficient. I ordered online but needed to make a change to the order. Couldn't get through by phone so left a message via the website. They called back within half an hour and everything was sorted. All delivered within 48 hrs.”

“I ordered a vertical radiator online with Designer Bathroom Store and was contacted first thing the next morning to confirm my order. Unfortunately, the radiator we had ordered was not in stock, however I was given the option of an alternative radiator that was almost identical (and a cheaper option). Our radiator was delivered to us the next day and I am delighted with the product! The service we received was fantastic and I would not hesitate to use this company again or to recommend them to friends/family.”
