“Ordered the heating element for my electric towel rail on Wednesday and it arrived Thursday morning. This excellent service was backed up by great communication by text initially to confirm the order and a phone call to let me know it had been dispatched. The element was first rate and at a good price. Now fitted and working perfectly .”

“Before we ordered our new radiator we used the chat tool to check that we were ordering the correct size radiator for our room. Our questions were answered quickly and efficiently by Murray. When we rang to place an order our request was again dealt with efficiently. We were impressed with the way it was so well packaged for protection. Overall an excellent service.”
