“The order and delivery service was brilliant. Technical support was also very efficient, please pass on my thanks to Laura for her speedy reply to my question. In terms of the product the fitting process could be simplified if a paper template were to be provided showing where the brackets should be fitted and if a thin line was added on either side on the back of the front panel indicating where the holes for the towel rails should be drilled the install time would be dramatically reduced.”

“The operator I spoke to on the phone was very polite and helpful, she physically checked stock for me as there were only a few items left available. The goods were delivered on the day she promised, on a pallet and in good condition. I was away from my unit for an hour to visit a client, and upon my return I found the delivery had been made whilst I was out. I am deducting one star because the pallet was left outside my unit without any prior notification of its arrival. I will award a full five stars next time if I am told roughly when the delivery will turn up!”

“Absolutely excellent service from this company We ordered a heated towel rail by phone as we needed clarification on a particular point. The lady we spoke to was extremely helpful and clear about what we needed so we ordered then and actually received the item the very next day at no extra cost! Why can't all companies who sell online manage to offer this level of customer service?”

“Overall the service was good and the price was competitive. I would have no problem to recommend Designer Bathroom Store. I ordered an electric Towel Radiator. The radiator was delivered within 2 days of the order and was preceded by a text to confirm delivery time. I found that the electric heating element was missing. I contacted the store. They apologised and arranged delivery for the next day.”
