“Laura, on the Customer Service line, was an absolute joy to talk to - friendly, knowledgeable, great sense of humour! Managed to obtain answers to a couple of tricky questions by quickly contacting the supplier and, when I emailed the following day to check whether our heated towel rail had been shipped for the next day delivery that we'd needed, she replied within minutes to confirm that it had. Both packages then arrived within the hour. The product itself is great, love it. Would recommend this place again and again, and Laura rocks :)”

“the product I ordered was actually out of stock so a rep from Designer Bathroom Store emailed me immediately and informed me of the 'due in stock' date and asked if this was OK. sadly it wasn't as my builder was already booked, so they kindly offered me a more expensive product that was out of my budget but ready for immediate delivery as an alternative instead - at no extra cost! this was absolutely brilliant and what they did for us went above and beyond our expectations. we are delighted with the customer service provided by the Designer Bathroom Store - even their pricing was better than their competitors. we would have no hesitation in recommending the Designer Bathroom Store to anyone wishing to purchase quality products at a great price, backed up by outstanding customer service. thank you so much to the staff at the Designer Bathroom Store :)”
