“Great service. I made a mistake on my original order and they actually emailed me to let me know that the order had not gone through. I have never seen this from any other online retailer! I was impressed and immediately placed the order correctly. I got another email ethic an hour to say that my order was received and despatched and would be with me the very next day. That is how believe online retailing should work. The next morning my order was delivered before I even went to work. I was very impressed with the service and the product choices.”

“The radiator looks great and functions really well. I'm concerned that, prior to purchase, I was assured that this equipment was suitable for installation in a bathroom zone 2. On that basis, I instructed my electrician to install it. Having subsequently read the instructions which came with the radiator, they indicate that it is only suitable for bathroom zone 3. Please urgently advise about this anomaly and whether it is safe to operate this radiator in a bathroom zone 2. Thanks.”

“Excellent service and price. I bought a shower panel and within hours I got a call from the manufacturers to arrange next day delivery. I then decided to change the size and that was easily amended yet retaining the same delivery date. I am yet to open the product but is happy with service and website so far.”
