“Item delivered without warning , only by luck a neighbour was in . Box was damaged , on unwrapping so was the radiator itself .time was against us as a plumber was on site . Email was sent to address on the paperwork with pictures but no response received ..poor all round .”

“Excellent delivery. Received the radiator the very next morning at no added charge for delivery. However, had to drop a star because, although listed in the contents, the air vent and plug were missing.”

“Excellent, found the exact product I wanted through Designer Bathroom Store, it was cheaper on their website than anywhere else. Fast delivery, product was well packaged & looks good (haven't installed it yet) but very pleased with service so far and will definitely return should I need anything else.”

“Easy to order, good comms, fast delivery. I was surprised at the lack of packaging surrounding a fragile item like a basin - there was none! The waste pipe had broken through the cardboard box so I had feared damage, but fortunately it was intact. It's a beautiful basin and I am pleased with it and its price.”

“Brilliant service ordered one afternoon and told it would be delivered next day as it would have been if the couriers were as efficient as Designer Bathroom Store. TNT could not be bothered to come out to us the next day as promised so they delivered a day late.”

“Bought a couple of radiators from designer bathrooms. Am really pleased with the products so far and an unforeseen glitch with one of them was sorted quickly and easily with no fuss at. If only all online dealers offered customers service like this. Would not hesitate it buying from them again good prices too.”

“Well done Murray the whole exercise in buying my radiator was simple quick and efficient, the receptionist was extremely helpful and she knew her stuff. I fluffed the order my fault and gave the wrong info but the boss helped by re-sending the correct items the following day so everything arrived in time for the plumber.”
