“The radiator I ordered was delivered quickly and in good condition. One area for improvement was the notification the item had been despatched did not indicate an expected delivery date so I had no idea when it was being delivered or by who. As it happens I was expecting other deliveries that day it arrived so not an issue but could be for people who work.”

“My order took two weeks to arrive- over a week late. When I rang to chase it up, it was dealt with very sloppily. The lateness off the delivery held up my bathroom rebuild project. When the radiator did arrive, it did so without the valves or the pope covers that I had ordered. I was politely told I would receive a refund for these parts (as my plumber bought some for half the price)- yet I am still waiting on any sign of a refund or even a confirmation email. Overall, a terrible customer experience.”

“I order a Designer radiator but when it came I realized I had ordered the wrong colour A call to to explain the situation and it was replaced within 24 hours Fantastic response, different from another company who advertise in the media who should learn a lesson from your customer service! “Very happy with the service. Quick shipping and well packaged. The manufacturer had included the wrong brackets and the Designer Bathroom Store acted very quickly to resolve this. New bracket was received very quickly and did not delay our bathroom installation.”

“Truly outstanding customer service - towel rail and element arrived within 2 days. The heating element was a lower wattage than I expected and when queried with Murray Wilson on the support team he clearly explained reason for misunderstanding, checked with technical team if larger wattage element suitable, and called back to confirm not only that it was but that the higher wattage element would be dispatched the following day and the original collected for return. New element duly arrived on day after dispatch and original element collected for return. All at no additional cost to me. I will have no hesitation in ordering from Designer Bathroom store in the future.”

“The staff at Designer Bathroom Store could not have been more helpful. I needed to return some unwanted radiator valves; this was arranged with no fuss and they even sent someone over to collect them from my house the next day. I was concerned about a tiny ding on my radiator, but they reassured me that, in the unlikely event of this being an issue when it's fitted six weeks from now, they would take it back and replace it. I really can't see what more they could have done. Well done.”

“The staff at designer bathroom store have been so quick and helpful to respond to any queries. We did actually have a slight problem with the original order but they were so easy to deal with that we now have a replacement and have chosen to order future radiators from them instead of with another company we had used previously. Really good service and very polite and friendly!”
