“The Bathroom Store service and delivery was good. The shower bench is not satisfactory because the instruction was to tighten the four grub screws once assembled. All four screws simply dropped inside the frame, never to be seen again. Consequently the bench is not rigid and I shall have to warn guests not to trust themselves to it. It’s ok for my needs which is just as a footrest so I can wash my feet.”

“in terms of Q&A of products perfect, timescales perfect - delivery a bit sketchy were told pallet weight was 100kg, if it was then why send just one man to handle it...and as we found it was not 100kg, who weighed it prior to delivery to designate it as 100kg???”

“Designer Bathroom Store are wonderful! I needed a specific basin and pedestal within 3 working days. So I asked them if they could do this. They did some work, decided that they could deliver; let me know, and delivered the next day. It is lovely when someone goes the extra mile, rather than “computer says no”. Good clear website too. Will definitely use them again. Soooo grateful.”
