“Looking for a vertical flat white radiator to suit our downstairs toilet. Not only was the one I found cheaper than all other suppliers, but delivery was very fast and free! I ordered my radiator on Wednesday, received emails confirming my order acceptance, payment acceptance and despatch notification the same day. The radiator arrived the very next morning, well packaged and free from any damage. I cannot fault the service provided by the designer bathroom store. Next time I am looking for anything heating, plumbing or fixtures/fittings related, I know where I'll be looking first.”

“Good delivery service,not impressed with so called flush fitting light . When asked them about the non flush fitting light by email still waiting for reply after a week,not so good customer service.another company takes your money and not interested after.”

We have looked into your order, but this was for a 600mm x 400mm chrome towel rail.
