“I was incredibly impressed by the advice and service given, which went above and beyond. When the item I wanted wasn't in stock they recommended a replacement and talked me through the options. Delivery was very quick. Then I discovered I had not ordered the parts recommended with my builder and again got great advice on swapping these over. I would definitely use them again.”

“The Towel Bars were out of stock when I placed the order, but was notified the following day by email and informed that they would be delivered as soon as the stock arrived. Actually received the order about 10 days later which was much quicker than I expected.”

“Excellent store - from helpful initial discussions and advice to prompt delivery. The product (Phoenix Ava radiator), looks lovely, however the instructions omitted to state that the towel rails needed to be fitted in advance, this means another visit from my plumber to disconnect the radiator, drain the system, fit the rails and re-connect - adding an extra cost to the job.”
