“Cannot comment yet on the item as it has not been received. I left a message on the order for my phone number to be given to the delivery team, as I work only 5 mins away, but came home today to find a card through the post. I had been given no idea of which day the delivery was to be, other than your 'within 1-3 days after shipping' e-mail sent yesterday & when I phoned up Fortec distribution, they had not been given my details. I had another delivery due from a different company, their delivery team were able to e-mail the day and within 1 hour slot. (successfully received 9.30am today) no hassle & no need to waste a whole day waiting in. I thought those days had long gone!”

“Had our heating engineer in fitting new boiler and changing 9 radiators,discovered we needed different valves.Ordered valves on Wed morning delivered lunchtime Thursday. Brilliant service, first time using if need arises will definitely use again”

“I found the Designer Bathroom Store online and I am very glad I did. They were so helpful on the telephone and they placed my order for me after ensuring I was buying the correct items I needed. The delivery was super fast and Murray from customer services was absolutely brilliant in making sure the delivery reached me by the agreed timescale. “Best service ever. Ordered and delivered in record time and right to the front door - no awkward "kerbside deliveries" where you have to cary the package up the lane yourself because the delivery van is too big to get along. The radiator is excellent quality and looks really classy. Won't hesitate to use this firm again.”

“haven't got it yet. I thought as it's such a small item it would be in the post but it came by carrier whilst we were out and they didn't leave it, saying they needed a signature which seems ridiculous for such a low value item. As a result they will now deliver sometime on Monday forcing us to be in all day potentially as there is no time slot. Not good”

“Ordered a vertical radiator online through Designer Bathroom Store. Was contacted soon after with an apology that the item was out of stock. I was immediately offered a replacement, superior in quality, but for the same price. I also needed the radiator fairly urgently. The order was placed on the Friday and the radiator received on the Monday morning as promised, in time for my plumber to arrive. Customer Service for Designer Bathroom Store is fantastic. Would certainly use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to others. Top Marks !!!”

“We have purchased a radiator from the Designer Bathroom Store and when it had to be fitted we realised that the brackets for this radiator were not what we wanted. Thanks to Murray Willson, who handled our complaint, we were sent a new set of brackets and the radiator looks perfect. Thank you Murray for going beyond what you had to do, just to help us. we are very grateful for your patience, help and professionalism”
