“I found the designer bathrooms website easy to navigate detailing quality products at a competitive price. The live chat option was particularly helpful for additional information or alternatives and I was surprised to find this facility still active after 9pm one evening. The delivery service was prompt and well within the gaunteed time. The staff were efficient, courteous and extremely helpful considering we had a very tight timeframe to accommodate. Would certainly shop with them again.”

“Brilliant service, the pop up online assistant who is usually very poor was a pleasant and helpful companion whilst I completed my transaction. Well done all. I can highly recommend this company and will be dealing with them again. Goods came on time and all in one bit (bonus). Thank you all who I dealt with and to those behind the scenes picking and packing and invoicing.”

“From a simple online browse and the very helpful assistance of online staff through chat I was able to investigate options, receive information by email and also price-match the items I was interested in. Ordering was simple and efficient with speedy delivery for my needs. “For the radiator I wanted this website had the cheapest price and fast, free delivery. And excellent "chat" facility online. I had no hesitation in bookmarking their website for future purchases.”

“I would have given 5 stars but have only given a feedback of just 3 stars because of the issue of not delivering the item on a Saturday when i payed extra for this service. Not only was this extremely dissapointing it was a complete waste of my day having to wait in all of Saturday not knowing if it was coming or not. I must say though however that this didnt seem to be the Designer Bathroom Stores fault exactly as it was processed quickly and given to the courier on time as i had been informed via email. So the problem was obviously with the Courrier..... Their customer service is great and i cannot fault it, they were very appologetic and refunded my delivery charges which is why i would have given them 5 stars as they seem to be quite genuine and helpful. Hopefully then they might use a different courier in the future ? .... Mr Davies”

“My purchase arrived very quickly, ordered Sunday received Tuesday. The product is a polished stainless ladder radiator, It arrived with slight damage to the packaging resulting to a slight graze on the back of one of the tubes, fortunately it will not be seen when erected. More importantly the brazing on each side of the tubes could have been finished off very much better.”

“Firstly, I had a few questions when buying two expensive radiators in a particular bespoke finish - and the help and advice I got via chat was brilliant. They helped me understand which matching valves I needed to purchase with the rads and were cheaper than competitors. Unfortunately, one of my radiators must have been cracked - very unusual - as I found a leak, which then seemed to clear up on its own. Murray was my day to day contact at DBS and even though it took us a while to find the source of the problem, made sure I knew that getting a replacement radiator was their priority. My replacement radiator was delivered as quickly as possible, and they're waiting til I'm available next to arrange collection of the faulty rad. All in all great service. Thank you!”
