“A lovely experience of on-line buying. The online chat service was very helpful. When I ordered the wrong size radiator - Murray was very understanding and quick to put me on to the right one! Made me less stressful! Many thanks and will soon be contacting to get the rest of house sorted!”

“Ordered 2 Reina designer radiators. Service was excellent. They were updating me during the whole process and they were always available to speak to or reply to emails within 24h. They went above and beyond to deliver the radiator on a specific day , they even incurred some of the extra cost involved in that. Item came on time, in excellent packaging and condition, with all parts available. Would definitely recommend and use again.”
