“Recently ordered bathroom radiator, Spoke over the online chat before i placed my order at 2pm just to see if next day delivery was an option and the radiator was with me at 11am the following day. Top class service, No Doubt will use again in the future.”

“We purchased 2 shower trays from DBS which were exactly as described but unfortunately didn't align with the joists in our property so we had to return them. The service we received was incredible. Laura, in particular, was extremely helpful and made the whole process completely seamless which was much appreciated at a particularly stressful point in the build. When a company can provide a great service beyond the purchase/quality of the items you know they're worth buying from in the future. Thanks for everything!”

“Great choice of bathroom showers to choose from. Fast delivery. We required a shower tray with exact position of waste hole and customer service staff was really helpful in assisting us to get exactly what we needed. Fantastic service all round.”

“Item delivered without warning , only by luck a neighbour was in . Box was damaged , on unwrapping so was the radiator itself .time was against us as a plumber was on site . Email was sent to address on the paperwork with pictures but no response received ..poor all round .”

“Excellent delivery. Received the radiator the very next morning at no added charge for delivery. However, had to drop a star because, although listed in the contents, the air vent and plug were missing.”

“Excellent, found the exact product I wanted through Designer Bathroom Store, it was cheaper on their website than anywhere else. Fast delivery, product was well packaged & looks good (haven't installed it yet) but very pleased with service so far and will definitely return should I need anything else.”

“Easy to order, good comms, fast delivery. I was surprised at the lack of packaging surrounding a fragile item like a basin - there was none! The waste pipe had broken through the cardboard box so I had feared damage, but fortunately it was intact. It's a beautiful basin and I am pleased with it and its price.”
