“First class service Ordered my radiator and it arrived the next day. I I will be ordering radiators for the rest of the house at the beginning of January. I would highly recommend this site I needed a specific height for my new radiator and they offered the absolute perfect solution.”

“I found the pop up waste as described mis leading as it was actually a click clack type when i thought it was a pop up waste meaning when you turn the over flow cover the waste plug pops up. Also the quality of the product was not good I am a professional bathroom installer with over 20 years experience. when I came to screw the front over flow cover to the plastic outlet bit on the back, the brass nut that holds the two pieces together just came out of its retaining holder in the plastic outlet that fits at the back of the bath. On closer inspection I noticed that this is design fault. After much messing about i got the waste to do the job its intended Designer bathrooms need to LOOK at there products more closely.”

“Purchased stainless steel towel rail on arrival item was checked but found item was not of a satisfactory standard, contacted the company after sending an email with photograph of faulty product company arranged a full refund and arranged for item to be picked up. Maybe if item had been inspected before being shipped out then there would have not been a problem.”

“Poor service. As others have said before me. After an online chat in which they said they had stock in of a Valve I wanted, I ordered it after they took my money but nothing arrived after the 1-3 day delivery. No explanation was given until I contacted them. I spoke to the helpful girl who was understandably working from home but was told they weren't in stock until next week, so i had to settle with an alternative valve. From this, my only experience with designer bathroom store, I would look elsewhere.”

“Service from Designer Bathroom Store was very good, the only thing that let it down was the courier. I waited in for 3 days as I tracked my parcel and they kept saying it was out for delivery and the next day said it was out for delivery and changed the date.”

“Having seen the product I wanted on their website I telephoned to check if it it was in stock. I spoke to Laura who was most helpful. She double checked stock confirming it was available for speedy delivery (and WOW, it was speedy and all included.) Product well packed and exactly what I wanted. I also ordered another product which is awaiting stock so, fingers crossed that one will be ok too. Laura was perfect in every respect. Delighted.”

“Tried to order a vanity unit and it said it would be delivered in 4 to 7 days. Got a email 2 days later saying they don't have stock and could I wait until the 10th of November (20 days after purchase) when they will receive more stock. I asked if they could please confirm this date as I am on a deadline and they did. now on the 12th , after chasing for 2 days they said they will only get stock in the new year... strange thing is I am still able to go to the website and buy it with delivery in 4 to 7 days now??? be careful as they don't have stock and give false information on when you will receive you purchased items. If you are happy to wait a couple of months then sure.”
