“My order was shown as in stock, but upon further investigation proved to not be available from the distributor. Murray at Designer Bathrooms worked to solve this problem and deliver a suitable alternative product to site on a challenging timescales. Would Recommend.”

“I am still waiting for delivery of the bath, which I paid over £1000.00 for! It was meant to be delivered last Friday and my husband booked a day's holiday to be here. It didn't arrive, despite emails to say it had been shipped. It was re-scheduled for delivery today and it is now 6.30 pm and no bath!! Needless to say, I am not impressed, in fact I expect I will be asking for a full refund as I am furious at the incompetence. We have also had to delay our fitter and had friends on "standby" as the drivers are not allowed to even move the bath onto our drive. Apparently the bath was only coming from Milton Keynes which is a 40 minute journey from me.”

“i can't praise this company enough. i ordered a domestic radiator which was delivered the very next day but unfortunately through no fault of theirs had a fault. They dealt with my problem in a professional understanding and knowledgeable way. i receaved the replacement and the faulty one returned two days later. thankyou again”

“Wrong product delivered. Difficult to get phone answered. Advised wrong product would be taken when correct delivered but not known by driver who would not take. Will now have to have available for 3rd time”
