“Spoke to really helpful chap who had good knowledge of the products. Purchased online with swift delivery. The wrong valves were sent but after a phone call they sent the correct valves out next day delivery. Overall happy and would use again.”

“We ordered a luxury shower seat to add to our bathroom for my elderly mum who lives with us. This arrived very quickly, unfortunately mum said she would not use it, I e-mailed Laura who said it could be returned and it could either be collected or I could return it by post. I asked for it to be collected and Laura sent me the returns form by e-mail. Service was excellent and the shower seat was collected within two days. Laura was extremely helpful and I would definitely recommend Designer Bathroom Store to friends and family.”

“Designer bathroom stores supplier let them down and my radiator was 2 days late. However a very good customer sevice person made sure I received my radiator early Saturday morning so my plumber could fit it. Would use again”
