“Overall ordering and delivery excellent - however the outer packaging & fixings packaging had previously been opened and one of the fixing screws and covers was missing - we have managed to overcome this as husband is in the building trade otherwise this would have been a bigger issue.”

“Ordered a radiator that was out of stock. I was advised it was due to be back in stock and that it would be delivered the following day. I was advised when it was back in stock (as per schedule) and we agreed a delivery date. The radiator arrived bang on time. I was impressed with way in which I was kept informed, the price and the whole service process. Would highly recommend Designed Bathroom Store and will use again.”

“Purchased a Reina radiator from DBS. Very competitive price and quick free delivery. Unfortunately discovered a manufacturing defect. I emailed details to Laura who was extremely helpful and contacted the manufacturer straight away. A replacement was received with no problem within a couple of days. I don’t think you could expect better than that. Very impressed with the service.”

“I ordered a new bathroom towel radiator at the same time as the snow arriving countrywide! The radiator was delivered within 2 days in spite of the bad weather and road conditions.It has not been fitted yet but it certainly looks the business.Excellent service thank you.”
