I went into John Lewis in Nottingham no one available to speak to. I purchased glycol cleanser it’s okay I am 75 years is to strong for me .

Disappointed - I had my order in the basket with some freebies for £69 - I ordered because I was getting freebies as well as this is lot for me to pay for moisturiser alone .... but by midnight I couldn't manage to pay for it because I had a computer glitch so altho it was still in my basket the next morning and I phoned Dermalogica, I was hugely disappointed to find that they couldn't assist me and I lost the freebies but still had to await the arrival of the moisturiser - I can buy it a lot cheaper..... I can't find a way of returning it. Otherwise I like the product but not from these people and feel let down.

My experience was online and not in store. Browsing and purchasing online is easy enough. Deliver is free and reasonably fast.

It was too sensitive for me. If i knew i would have gotten the one for sensitive skin. I got it last week and I have used it only twice, any chance i can swap the daily exfoliatiant to the blue one on your site?

Great product but aways read ingredients as I’m allergic to lavender and coke out in a full face rash

Please consider purchasing your products from a skin therapist, in person, who can ensure that you are not using ingredients that could be incompatible with your skin or allergies.

I received my online order quiet quick but the face wash bottle lid was damaged still in using condition but the lid is broken and comes of easily. So far that reason I have given a less rating.

Feel they have dropped in customer service. Rewards are not tailored. I get products for teenage skin.

OK but it seems unrealistic that, if one has a fairly large number of Loyalty Points, one can opnly claim 1 item per order and also the items offered are not skin compatible.

I bought dynamic skin recovery on line. It was easy to buy. But the bottle was so small I couldn’t believe it. It was £25, and it looked like a normal size bottle on line, but it was tiny.

The pre cleansing balm was better for my skin than the oil, why did you get rid of it? I won't buy the pre cleansing oil again. It made my rosacea worse and I am disappointed with Dermalogica for recommending it in place of the balm. An expensive mistake on my part.

Purchase and delivery were prompt, but unfortunately the product does not agree with my skin. The moisture trio has had an adverse effect and has caused my skin to breakout. I’m sure the product is great, but sadly it does not agree with my sensitive skin.
