I bought this item along with other Dermalogica products for my 14 year old daughter who suffers from PIE and acne on her face. I have used dermalogica for years and wanted to buy some good products to help her skin ! However this product is so strong it literally made her skin react immediately. I have contacted the customer services team three times via email and haven’t heard a thing. Very disappointed with the customer services service ! When you buy direct you should get some level of aftercare service. !!!

Overall good. However, the serum from the Brightness Kit was half way up missing half of the product, I think this isn’t fair and I am still waiting for a reply to my email from customer service. Thank you, Sara

Can’t tell you how this product is as on arrival found the top had become loose and most of it had spilled out into the box!

I'm afraid these products weren't for me. The moisturiser actually made my face very sore and red. The cleanser was slightly better but it dried out my skin quite noticeably. Not for me. Will not be buying anything again.

i have had a reaction to this product confirmed by my doctor and send 2 emails now and no one is responding to my emails really no after sales care and if you do have a reaction you should be able to send your products back as it states within the 30 days .. dermalogica really isnt a cheap product if it doesnt work and give a reaction .

Unfortunately I had some spots after applying this product for some days. I have sensitive skin so maybe that was the issue.

It caused me to start having rashes on my face . I don’t like it. I literally had to stop using it after 3 days . And my skin is trying to recover now . That’s basically money wasted for me

On the page I was buying the voucher o it offered a free gift if I spent over £120 and enter a code. So i went to change the voucher from £100 to £120 but that option wasn't possible so went for the £150 voucher but that wouldn't accept the code so went back to the £100 voucher. Was disappointed to be offered something that I couldn't then claim. Otherwise very quick and efficient and liked the way I could set the date for the voucher to be emailed.

Sadly I am quite disappointed with the product meant to reduce the puffiness in your eyes. Only on week 3 but I have not noticed any improvement in a reduction in the puffiness!!

We would like to recommend that you visit a professional skin therapist who can assess your eye area and give you additional advice. If the puffiness is due to another factor, for example lymph, then they can recommend some lymph drainage movements to assist.
