“Online purchase from one of the worst website. They changed the delivery address on their own and there is no mechanism whats so ever to make any changes to the order once it has been done. Do not ever buy online from this store”

“The website is not the easiest to negotiate and the Rewards programme is not as good as it used to be where there was a larger choice of products to suit one's particular skin type.”

“I had an online consultation who was really helpful. I have Rosacea and she explained the benefits of each product she recommended. I've had the products for just under a week and have been using them as directed and my skin feels better already, smooth and no dryness. Hopefully they will help with the redness, time will tell.”
