“I think your products are excellent quality. I have been buying them at airports mainly. However I wanted to try your dynamic skin recovery Spf50 as I am having issues with my usual sunscreen. I am hoping that I will beable to use it without breaking out in rashes. I had a dreadful time trying to pay for my order which is why I only gave you the acceptable staring. Also is there any chance that I can swap the active clay for a skin smoothing cream?”

“Online shopping. Service reliable and efficient. Delivery quick. Samples very useful. Not sure I’ll ever forgive you for stopping the Tinted Moisturiser range. The new tint just isn’t working for me.”

“Simply put shockingly poor, purchased two £15.00 electronic gift cards for Christmas however only received one. Emailed customer service no response. So as it stands I'm very unlikely to deal with such a dishonest, lazy and unprofessional company again. Hopefully someone now will have the common curtesy to respond and resolve the issue of the missing gift carf before I escalate further...”
