It caused me to start having rashes on my face . I don’t like it. I literally had to stop using it after 3 days . And my skin is trying to recover now . That’s basically money wasted for me

OK but it seems unrealistic that, if one has a fairly large number of Loyalty Points, one can opnly claim 1 item per order and also the items offered are not skin compatible.

I did not receive my kit in my parcel. I have contacted customer service on many occasions and they have not responded. It has been over a week I am extremely disappointed in the service. I Will not be purchasing from here again as they have taken taken my money and not given my product or responded to my emails to give me refund

We are sorry to hear about this, it is most unusal not to get any response and we apologise for your negative experience. Please do try once again via ecustomerservice@dermalogica.com although the automated reply does advise that emails will be responded within 5 working days, this is often much quicker. Alternatively, call them on 0800 917 7147. Please quote your order number when calling or emailing. We shall advise them of your experience and they can prehaps check your order enquiry against your email address supplied.

Always have such a pleasant experience in dermalogica store. My local is within a Harvey Nichols store. I always receive the best customer service without the team being pushy.

Did not order in a store but online.....saying that I did not actually complete this purchase but somehow it went through but contact with customer services, as always, is completely rubbish .... I tried to put the offer code in gushy or something like that, can't quite remember what it was but it was not accepted.. tried to contact customer services yet again, before I purchased as I wanted the offer, but for some unexplained reason the order went straight through without me checking out.. but they do have all my credit card details... no idea how it happened and attempted to contact customer service to no avail yet again.. this really pees me off about this company... always have problems.. had double orders and charges in the past etc... their free gifts don't always cone through.... I think I will purchase from their subretaillers as they are way cheaper and provide a great customer services too. The only reason I was attempting to order was for a specific gift... which, as I say, the code didn't work and was attempting to contact customer services about this but yet the order went through without me actually checking out.. and all I got back from customer services was an answer of was the order was already processed but if I didn't want it to send it back.. more cost to me.. but no explanation of why the order went through without me checking out, nor anything about the voucher code not being accepted.. Absolutely ridiculous when you are spending well over £100

On the page I was buying the voucher o it offered a free gift if I spent over £120 and enter a code. So i went to change the voucher from £100 to £120 but that option wasn't possible so went for the £150 voucher but that wouldn't accept the code so went back to the £100 voucher. Was disappointed to be offered something that I couldn't then claim. Otherwise very quick and efficient and liked the way I could set the date for the voucher to be emailed.
