Items I ordered online never arrived. Royal Mail retuned them to Dermalogica, who then shipped them by DPD who then stated they couldn't deliver the items. This was for my wife as Christmas present. I then just received a email saying my order had been refunded, no explanation, no apology, basically rubbish service, I will never buy any goods from Dermalogica again. John Spencer.

Product kit arrived but no voucher - emailed twice no reply. Called and voucher sent but will arrive after Christmas and was a gift. I ordered over 9 days before Christmas. Poor

Product brilliant unfortunately delivery company hopeless, why and earth they wanted signed delivery for face cream and would not even leave it in a safe place is ludicrous, new I will order from Amazon slightly more expensive but will save me messing around having to have it re delivered

If I could vote 0 stars I would. I ordered a £50 gift card over a week ago and haven’t received it yet. I’ve emailed twice, tried calling but no answer after being on hold for 40 minutes! Left a message. Still no gift card. And now I get asked to review my £15 gift card which 1) and haven’t yet received, and 2) it was a £50 gift card!!! Awful experience!!!!

It’s ok, wish I had bought just the small one first to try as really quite greasy! Think I prefer active moist.

We are disappointed to read that the Dermalogica products have failed to live up to your expectations. With regards to the moisturiser being too greasy, Intensive Moisture Balance is for an oil dry skin type. Active Moist is for an oily skin type. We recommend that you visit a professional skin therapist who can assess your skin and offer recommendations based upon a consultation and Face Mapping.

I have spent over hundred pounds on face creams and had a reaction. My face is red and peeling so not sure which cream has caused it. I have been using Dermalogica for over a year and have always been happy.
