“I am using Dermalogica products since 2016 and very pleased with all the the products I tried from them. I once made the mistake and changed my face wash and it was the worst decision I ever made for my skin and quickly bought my usual Face resurfacing face wash again and never will do the mistake ever.”

Please remember that our skin is influenced by many different situations and things, for example the weather, diet or medication, so it is a good idea to speak to a professional skin therapist who can reassess your skin and offer advice.

“I normally have great service from you ,however i ordered an item mistakenly and wanted to send it back for an exchange, however for some odd reason you need to see a pic of the item im returning .Im not computer savvy and dont know how to do this ,for this reason after many years of shopping with you ,I wont be ordering again you need to have a simple return service,with a prepaid sticker and simple returns like everywhere else does”

“Love Dermalogica products and the live chat function on the website. Items always arrive quickly once ordered and I like that the packaging us sustainable (No plastic/bubble wrap etc.) Nice to be a member of the rewards programme too, the sample size products and occasional gifts when you have enough points are nice to receiv.”
