Your parcel was promptly dispatched from our warehouse the same day you placed your order. I have tracked your order and it arrived in your country within 5 days and an attempted delivery was made on 26th June, but there didn't seem to be anyone in. They’ve left a note about how to make further arrangements. I also believe that our customer service team did inform you of this. We hope this information has been helpful to you.

“Purchased Silderm Stretch Mark Prevention Oil Spray and couldn't be happier! I've been using it for 1 month and haven't noticed any stretch marks. I'll be buying more bottles in the future to make sure it lasts through my entire pregnancy. I live in the states and it was shipped quickly and packaged very well. While it's an oil, it's less oily than other products I tried. Also, I have sensitive skin and was allergic to 2 other popular stretch mark prevention products. I'm excited that I'm not allergic to Silderm at all! Highly recommend buying this through Dermacare Direct.”

“I was looking for a product to treat my daughters teenage acne. Having researched appropriate treatments, most of the products on the high street appeared 'cosmetic' and she needed something more potent. Dermacare direct offered a good selection of products which were reasonably priced. Delivery was quick with the items being well packaged. I could contact the company easily should I have any queries. I would not hesitate to order from them again. Oh and the face wash I bought has worked a treat!”
