Our furniture is made to last a lifetime: we happily apply a 50 year guarantee all our solid birch frames. While the fabric is totally up to you, with over 10,000 of the best designer fabrics and leathers from around the world to choose from. We offer delivery to your home direct from the workshop, and we'll assemble your sofa on site in the event of any access problems.

“Both Jenny and Ben in the Kings Road Branch were a pleasure to deal with. After many visits and many chocolates consumed, final fabric choices were made and off to the factory we go. The price point is very fair for such a well made piece of furniture. To date, I've received half of my order (chair, footstool and chesterfield footstool) and am still waiting for the main sofa due to variations in fabric colour. Rather than just proceed with the sofa, they sent me samples of what they viewed as variations in the fabric colour and asked for my go ahead. Communication has always been very efficient and courteous and no demand too big or small. I've finally agreed on the fabric and Delcor is now going above and beyond to get me the final sofa as quickly as possible. Thank you for making my shopping experience with Delcor as efficient as possible.”

“Jenny, at the King's Road Delcor, was hugely patient, informative and a real pleasure to deal with. We were indecisive and needed advice. Jenny was able to spell out the options clearly and allowed us to reach a decision (eventually, - our fault not Jenny's) with the guidance we needed but without pressure. Would return again without hesitation.”

“The whole process from beginning to end was flawless. The showroom staff at Seaton Delaval were attentive, helpful and friendly during our selection for our sofa bed, making suggestions as necessary. We took delivery of our beautifully made sofa on Monday 16th January. We have particular praise for the delivery driver and mate. They told us in advance that they were en route and they would arrive in 20 minutes. They were on time and carefully offloaded the sofa in icy conditions. The men were meticulous in installing the sofa, measuring doorways, safeguarding our newly decorated staircase, taking the time and care. They were friendly, polite and very tidy, taking surplus plastic away with them. We first bought furniture from Delcor in 1979, the service is as good today as it was then. Thank you.”

“I was absolutely delighted with the 2 chesterfield sofas I received from Delcor. The sofas are beautifully made and are a joy to sit on. “The whole experience was completely stress free from start to finish. Our previous sofas were Delcor purchased from the Glasgow showroom many years ago so we really didn't consider going anywhere else. Although the brochure is really comprehensive we decided to drive to your Newcastle showroom to physically see the sofas we had chosen. We have to thank Julie Bradley for all of her help before, during and after our visit. She's honestly the best assistant we have ever come across anywhere. We were a bit apprehensive that we had chosen the right material for us but we absolutely love our sofas. We also have to thank the two lovely lads who delivered the sofas, they were so kind and helpful and took our two heavy sofas out to our garage to be picked up at a later date. All in all we would definitely recommend Delcor to everyone and have passed on our brochure to our neighbours who found them so comfortable to sit on. Many thanks to everyone involved.”

“Having already purchased 3 sofas from Delcor, with which we are delighted, there was no hesitation in choosing Delcor once again when the need arose to purchase a sofa bed. “What a great experience. I bought a bed frame and although it was expensive the value for money is exceptional. From the service in the Stamford showroom sending many fabric samples, the contact from the logistics team at the factory to discuss deliver and the 2 delivery guys who were great. I would highly recommend.”
