Our furniture is made to last a lifetime: we happily apply a 50 year guarantee all our solid birch frames. While the fabric is totally up to you, with over 10,000 of the best designer fabrics and leathers from around the world to choose from. We offer delivery to your home direct from the workshop, and we'll assemble your sofa on site in the event of any access problems.

“The sales associate worked closely with us to design a custom sofa with challenging fabrics. The sofa is beautiful and well constructed. It was completed on time and everyone we worked with from designers to shippers were first class.”

“Brilliant advice and guidance from the team at Delcor. At no time did we feel under pressure to make a decision about fabric or style of either our new sofa bed or scatter cushions. I am not an advocate of the 'pushy hard sell approach' preferring Customers to take as much time and visit as many times as they feel necessary to make those all important decisions. My staff are there in an advisory capacity to offer information as and when needed, allowing our Customers space, peace and quiet (and a cup of fresh coffee if so desired) yet be on hand to answer any questions asked of them. “Our previous Delcor Suite was looking a little tired after 30 years! Having decided to replace it with something similar we visited the Stamford shop on a number of occasions before settling on our choice. “Hello Colin. The sofa was delivered by two top chaps that were incredibly helpful and professional. The sofa is currently a little stiff but I guess over time it'll soften up. The arms had to come off to get it in. I was getting nervous when it was taken to bits in the hallway downstairs but the two guys knew exactly what they were doing and installed it in the flat. These chaps are two multi tasking individuals and are a huge asset to Delcor. So often when ordering furniture when it comes to delivery the customer service so often falls apart. Please forward my observations to head office and the logistics manager. This brings me to the question of 'when's my chair coming'? Kind regards. Vincent Vincent Poole”

Dear Mr Poole Thank you so very much for your fabulous review and award of 5* following delivery of your sofa. You are correct in that the sofa will soften with use. As with a pair of good quality shoes, they need to be 'worn in' over a period of time and then they become your most favourite pair. I thank you for your observation that Brian and Gavin my delivery guys are first rate in their approach to deliveries and customer satisfaction, nothing is ever too much for them. If it is proving difficult to fit the biggest of sofas through the smallest of doorways, then they will dismantle the sofa and carry it through piece by piece. They will actually be delivering your chair to you on the date Andrew in Transport has recently arranged with you, so then your order will be complete. “Having seen your advert in a magazine, we looked at the website and travelled quite a distance to visit your Seaton Delaval showroom - it was well worth the visit! “My once in a lifetime sofa! I ordered my Edwardian Sofa to go with a number of Canadian late 19th century antiques that I inherited from my late mother and aunt. The sofa with its wonderful Sanderson Rose fabric fits perfectly with the rest of my furniture and my lounge is just beautiful. The service I received both from the staff at the showroom in Chelsea and the payment and delivery staff, was outstanding. The delivery was prompt, courteous and helpful. I also on advice from the staff in Chelsea ordered a footstool that matches one of my chairs and brings out the red in the Roses in the fabric. Many many thanks I could not be more delighted.”
