Delcor fly the flag for British craftsmanship with made-to-measure sofas and chairs.

Our furniture is made to last a lifetime: we happily apply a 50 year guarantee all our solid birch frames. While the fabric is totally up to you, with over 10,000 of the best designer fabrics and leathers from around the world to choose from. We offer delivery to your home direct from the workshop, and we'll assemble your sofa on site in the event of any access problems.

“Thanks Delcor, my 25year old pair of Lofa Sofas are as good as new now. I'd ordered a set of replacement seat (pads/cushions)for one sofa last year, I was so delighted that I replaced the other set. They fit perfectly, and the delivery drivers couldn't have been more pleasant.”

“We visited the Kings Road store today to order a refurbishment of a sofa bed and order a new chair. We travelled from the South Coast by train, specifically to go to Delcor because of past great service in the last 30 years. I was not disappointed. Ben helped several times when I phoned with questions and Jenny, in the showroom, could not have done more to help me choose. Quality furniture that lasts and equally important quality staff that assist. Delcor continue to excel.”

“Kings Rd staff - Jenny & Ben - could not be more helpful and pleasant to deal with. The setee i ordered was out of the ordinary but they went out of their way to help and the factory manufacture went very smoothly too - super service thanks.”

“From our first visit to Witney showroom, with welcome & coffee from Ali, our every need/enquiry was dealt with personably and professionally. Not once did we feel hurried or pressured to place an order and the whole visit was total joy. Subsequent order/delivery was faultless. Professional all the way.”

“I have been dreaming of the perfect sofa for years. Having been disappointed by the service at Liberty, I was so pleased to find Declor. I visited Derwent House interior store in Witney, Oxfordshire. The service was outstanding. I enjoyed every moment of choosing the smallest detail and was guided through the process so clearly and professionally. I was able to choose fabric from a different store and Derwent House / Declor sourced it and managed the rest. I was anxious about the size of the sofa and access to my home (narrow pathway), however, Declor assemble the sofa when delivered. Every step of the way was pure joy and the service outstanding. I cannot recommend highly enough.”

“From start to finish excellent customer service, particularly at the Delcor showroom on the Kings Road, the installation was fantastic and the installers were very efficient and friendly! The sofa is so comfy and will definitely be something we twill enjoy for years to come!”

“The whole experience of shopping at Delcor was a pleasure. From the beautiful showroom, professional and helpful staff and the beautifully made end product. We were looking for two comfortable chairs for our sitting room. Julie was extremely patient with us as we looked at hundreds of samples in the many books they have. We requested some and once I had looked on the web requested even more. Once we decided on the material we placed our order. As the material we choose not one that Delcor had not used before they invited us into the factory to check that we were happy with how the chair was being made and that we were happy with the fabric. It was a really nice touch and not one you would get with other manufacturers. The chairs were made quicker than we expected. The delivery guys were efficient and friendly. They were able to manoeuvre two large chairs into our room with no problems despite it being a tight hallway to get through. I cannot recommend Delcor highly enough. Fanatic service, staff and furniture. Thank you.”

“We are delighted with our new sofas. Delcor's great showroom in Stamford and its knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly staff helped us immensely. When it came to delivery their great team helped us again to make sure that everything was done to make sure we were satisfied. Delcor's exceptional standard should be the benchmark for customer service.”

“Ordered replacement cushions for my 13 year old Boxer settee which is still in very good condition apart from saggy seat cushions. Excellent service from start to finish without having to travel to store ......hoping it will last another 13 years!!!!”

One of the advantages of purchasing from Delcor, is that we are able to refresh your furniture, to keep it looking good as new; be it with new cushion interiors, or even a full refurbishment, we keep all of our records, so we have all the information we need, to restore your furniture to its former glory!

“We purchased our suite from Delcor 21 years ago and we decided to have our armchairs refurbished rather than buy new ones, so were only ever going back to Delcor for advice. From the first visit to the showroom right through to the delivery of our refurbished armchairs the staff were excellent. They talked us through the process of how our chairs would be dealt with and were patient as we chose the material ! All of the staff from showroom to the delivery men were polite and made the whole process quick and easy.”
