Delcor fly the flag for British craftsmanship with made-to-measure sofas and chairs.

Our furniture is made to last a lifetime: we happily apply a 50 year guarantee all our solid birch frames. While the fabric is totally up to you, with over 10,000 of the best designer fabrics and leathers from around the world to choose from. We offer delivery to your home direct from the workshop, and we'll assemble your sofa on site in the event of any access problems.

“We bought our sofabed 31 years ago from Delcor and this is the second time we have had it recovered and reconditioned. Great furniture, good selection of materials and lovely delivery and collection people. A great British enterprise.”

“We have purchased many items from Delcor the only one we were not happy with was the Gladstone bed frame. The bed slats warped and we asked for it to be returned as it is not fit for purpose and after writing several times to Delcor they will not give us a refund. They have the bed frame and say they will repair it. This is not acceptable to us. Still waiting for a refund.”

We apologise, Mr & Mrs Chapman, that you feel we have let you down. At Delcor, we do try to go above and beyond what is legally required, in the spirit of good will and good customer service. On this occasion, we offered to repair and reinforce the bedframe, which was over a year old. We collected the bedframe and were then requested by yourself not to repair it. You requested a full refund. We, as a company, make every effort to honour our commitment, as a manufacturer with 55 years outstanding service to our customers. The positive we can take from this review is that we will be redeveloping some of our bedframes, in 2023, to ensure that this unique issue never arises again.

“Absolutely love our new sofa and chair. The showroom is a pleasure to visit and the staff are very helpful and pleasant. Dave and Paul our delivery men were also extremely helpful and very respectful of our property. We highly recommend.”

“A big thank you Delcor, over 20years ago I bought a pair of Lofa Sofas(you still had details of original order) from the Glasgow store. The sofas during this time have had normal wear including the rough and tumble when grandkids visit. There is no sign of wear to the fabric, I have washed to seat pad covers on several occasions over the years (no fading or shrinkage). I wanted to replace to seat and back pads with a firmer filling, I'm delighted to say this has been done to above and beyond my expectations, I now have a very comfortable, firmer sofa to suit my needs. Sofa looks great, and all fits perfectly, I've got the best of both having kept the other sofa with the 'squashy' pads. Thanks for the great service and quality craftsmanship. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Delcor quality.”

“We decided to have our Sofa and Chair recovered. We purchased the items approximately 22 years ago. The salesman Chris was extremely helpful helping us decide what materials would work best. The delivery drivers were excellent…. Would definitely recommend Delcor !!”

“Excellent personal service from Jonathan. Lovely well made plush, and comfy sofa - can't get my husband out of it! Worth the money for such a quality product. Only a shame that my blinds haven't arrived yet so I have to keep it covered up during the day as its in full sun. Colour matching fabric is spot on to colours in the new garden room extension. Good fitters who carefully brought it in and didn't leave me with any wrappings or rubbish. Thank you Delcor.”

“In an age where everything is a problem, dealing with Delcor is a joy. The staff are friendly, professional and good humoured. All the details of the original purchase are kept in-house, so ordering any replacement sofa pads is straightforward. The phone is always answered, calls retuned when appropriate and not once have I been asked to go online in order to communicate. A lot of other companies could learn from Delcor’s example.”

“We choose Delcor for our sofa and armchairs as looking around at other shops we found the quality and colours we were not what we were looking for At Delcor we had a superior product that we were able to customise to our own specifications regarding fabrics, seat depth and cushion fillings The showroom staff were extremely helpful and friendly We did have to wait for our order as each chair is hand made The delivery was made on time We now have furniture that will last many years and can be recovered when necessary We would recommend Delcor to anyone wanting a high quality product made by craftsman and that is unique”

“We are delighted that we chose Delcor for our latest sofa rather than a high street chain store. The quality is superb & the choice of fabrics was immense. We modified the boxer sofa with narrower arms & shortened the length of the chaise & nothing was too much trouble. From sale to delivery all of the staff were really helpful & friendly.”
