“We have used John Delany for a number of years. However, when I booked my car service I asked for the service to be recorded on the Jaguar data-base. Just reading the receipt I can see no mention of the Jaguar data-base. Please confirm this has been done? Thanks, Psul Banks”

Hi Mr Banks, Thanks for your great feedback. All services are recorded on the online digital service records should the vehicle support this. We do this as standard so it may not have been mentioned on your invoice. We have just double checked it and your last service is recorded on the Jaguar database. “I cannot fault the service from John Delany. Their booking system is straightforward and confirmations are sent on the date of booking and the day before the appointment. Estimates are easy to understand and work is carried out promptly and to a guaranteed standard. They don't replace parts unless necessary and will repair components where possible. I have used them for two cars for many years and would not consider going elsewhere.”
