“The two young men on reception were great with both my wife and I. It would have been a 5 Star except for the very poor telephone call I had with a young lady when booking our car in for service. I have explained to the guys what I thought about her yesterday.Just hoped she was having a bad day as would not have wanted her fronting any business of mine!!!”

“My car had a full manufacturer’s service. The paperwork informed me about the tread left on the tyres, but no one flagged cracked tyres at the rear. Those were an urgent job. I also didn’t get a call back to tell me my car was ready for pick up. It’s a shame because the first MOT and service last year was an excellent experience.”

Hi Ms Sullivan, Thanks for taking the time to leave us your feedback. We have spoken to the technician who worked on your vehicle who said that although the tyres were worn, as reported on the invoice, he didnt see any signs of cracking or perishing. Taking into consideration your mileage within the last year we would expect wear but cracking usually occurs when the vehicle has been stood for a long period of time so would be rare in this case. We would have been more than happy to take a look at this if you had any concerns. We can only apologise that you were not contacted to say your vehicle was ready for collection- when you rang us at 4.37pm the vehicle has just been washed following its service. You would have recieved a phone call very shortly afterwards to say it was ready for collection. Once again, I apologise if you feel we fell short of your expectations on this visit.
