A job well done by John Delaney Motors. My car went in with an issue. It was investigsted , quoted for the solution and resolved within the day . The experiance was copy book professionsl from the initial enquiry and appointment through drop off and collection .

Professional service, friendly staff and reasonable prices. I even used them for a car in warranty period as they could update the main dealer computer records to maintain the warranty. Our older car Is also booked in a few weeks from now for a cam belt and water pump with a good saving on main dealer prices.

Service personnel were professional and polite and went to great trouble to ensure correct parts were ordered. Job was completed in stated time. Vehicle left clean. Old parts were available to view after service, timing belt and water pump. Could not fault the experience. Very pleased.

Efficient service , easy to drop car off -ready when it said it was -work seems well done and neatly done -only problem I had was coolant was drained off and then not replaced so had to do that urgently the next day but apart from that would definitely recommend

Dropped car off at 8am was called at 9am to let me know what the problem was and it was ready for 3pm absolutely brilliant service can't fault them and will be taking my car there all the time,i would definitely recommend them to other people, thankyou

Wanted an aircon service on BMW. Checked Google for specialist near me and a few came up. This by far the best website, telephone booking clearly explained and priced. Checked in on the day all good picked up hour and half later all done and invoiced. They even checked tyre depth one getting near the borderline. Great service and really friendly. Excellent would recommend to anyone a top flite non main dealer service

Took car in at very short notice to fix fault with DPF, car returned fixed within 48 hours and at less than quoted price. Excellent service and courteous staff, have used several times and will continue to do so.

because of the reviews on here i took my car here today to ask for a quote to fix a rattling noise on my front suspension. the guy on reception was arrogant rude and patronising saying he couldn't without looking at it . well that was why i was there. i asked him if he could give me a free quote and first he said no then when i said forget it and started walking off he said maybe. wont be going back there again.

We realise that this is no excuse and our level of customer service should always remain 100% no matter the pressures our team are under. We happily give out free quotes to all customers but in this case the vehicle needed further investigation before we could give a quote. We would not know what we were quoting on until we took a look at the vehicle. On the day you visited us, we were fully booked, and as previously mentioned short-staffed, so were not able to quote there and then. We should have asked if you were able to leave the vehicle with us or bring it back on a later date and I apologise if you were not given these options. Smooth booking process, great communication through the repair with clear pricing. Also helped me out when I had a flat battery and couldn’t get the car to the garage. Will use again for servicing my Mercedes.

There was a problem with the air conditioning in my car. I was advised that John Delany Motors was a reputable company, so I arrived without an appointment to see if it could be repaired. Harrison was very helpful, and made an appointment for me. I explained that I had planned to take my elderly mother away for a few days but was reluctant to go without the air con as the forecast was for extremely hot weather. Matthew came over and asked what was the problem with the car, and if I could leave it with for a few hours he would see if he could find the problem. Within the hour he had phoned me to let me know he had found the problem and was confident he could fix. True to his word, a couple of hours later, he called to say it was up and running. What a fantastic service and the staff were amazing. Thanks to Matthew, my mother and myself had a lovely cool drive over to Wales. The forecast was correct and the temperature soared to 36 degrees. I shall be bringing my car to you for it's MOT, servicing and any repairs I may require in the future. Thanks again Matthew for a great service, you are a credit to your company.

After many years of searching, I actually felt it was impossible to find a garage I'd trust 100%, whose work on the car I love, would be as good as it gets. That was - until I found John Delany Motors. Finally I find a garage I'm happy to leave my car with, knowing no matter what needs doing, my car's in the best hands. And so, I'd like to salute Anthony and the Dream Team that is John Delany Motors, for the consistently outstanding service they provide. Quite simply they're the best and I can't thank them enough for all they do. My forever go-to garage.

I am not from the area and I rang this garage to enquire about doing an independent vehicle inspection. This was no issue for this garage and their service was excellent from start to finish. They were professional, informative( especially for someone that know nothing about cars) friendly and very efficient. The whole process was completed within a day at very short notice. I was communicated with throughout and was emailed all paperwork the same day too. Thankyou for providing such an excellent service. Definitely recommend!!
