“Ordered over the phone rather than online, woman was very helpful, order arrived on time. Only other comment would be that the delivery is contracted out and the delivery company are not really set up for heavy loads, so they weren’t able to drop the load away from the curb as we have a gravel driveway.”

Thanks for taking some time to leave a review. I'm glad to hear the product and service was satisfactory. We do use a curbside delivery agent and tail-lift transport. The drivers will attempt to get the pallets as close to customers desired drop off point as possible but the pallet trucks do need a solid level surface in order to operate. We recommend putting down some plywood, if available, as the pallets can usually be dragged onto this, where there is a gravel surface.

“Good service but gravel suppliers are less so. First off mixed up delivery and second left me with a blue pallet I can't legally get rid of! Still waiting for advice as to what I should do with it!”

“All good with web site and comms after purchase. Price including delivery good and product is excellent (Scottish cobbles). Delivery agent (who I am guessing is nothing to do with decorative gardens) could have smiled and made a bit more of an effort...”

“Although the Scottish Gabion pebbles were lovely coloured, the sizings were way out (almost double compared to the sizes of 80-150mm stated) and consequently did not fit my gabion planter, most were comparable to small rockery, but ho hum. Wasn't going to pay £80 to return them!”

Hello James Thanks for your review. We are sorry that you found the Scottish Cobbles 80-120mm too big for your gabions. These are the most popular size for garden gabions. We do offer a option for customers to purchase samples before ordering and always recommend this. We do also state in the product description that - "The sizes quoted above are the grading size of the screen that the cobbles pass through. As a result the actual size of the Scottish cobbles can be larger" to try and help customers in choosing the right product.
