“Placed the order by phone as I needed to confirm delivery details and make sure the delivery vehicle could get down our driveway. The guy in the office was extremely helpful and made sure an appropriately sized vehicle was used for the delivery. Delivery was prompt and efficient and I will be placing an order for other products very soon as service and prices are excellent.”

“I ordered premium balmoral pebbles from Decorative Gardens. They were very helpful arranged delivery to suit me and the best part was the price... It's an expensive product but buying from Decorative Gardens was much more cost effective than buying from local garden centres and actually much less hassle. The front of our house is transformed. It's a shame I can't post a picture...So pleased I found this company online.”

“The product was as described, in fact better I would say. The customer service was terrific, really attentive and professional. I think it would benefit people if there was an option to get the product delivered by a lorry with a hiab/crane. I realise this would probably be more expensive but some like myslef would be prepared to pay for it as we have already saved on the great prices offered by decorative gardens.”

“The delivery came on time however, save error, I was not aware it would be a one man delivery who needed our help to take the crate of rocks and bulk bag of chippings out of the delivery lorry! Other than this complication, the rocks and chippings look good and are packaged well. Chippings more dusty than expected but I guess they will wash out a bit. Will look nice in a contemporary scheme.”

“This was the first time I have used this company..they are very easy to speak to, the price was very competitive... The Scottish silver granite was exactly as described..we had four tonnes delivered promptly and with no fuss or bother.. It's being used to edge a large patio and looks superb against the pale granite slabs...I would highly recommend this company..”

“Very pleased with the Henri fountain. Whole process was easy and efficient. Delivery was made as agreed and despite the weight of the item, the delivery man helped to move it which he didn't have to do. THe fountain was packaged very well too. It looks lovely and we are very pleased that we ordered from Decorative Gardens who were much cheaper than other websites. Thank you so much for a trouble free purchase.”
