“They want to charge for delivery for 35 bags when either 25 or 50 bags can go on a single pallet which is free delivery. I spent over £800 with them and they wanted to charge delivery for more bags which is outrageous. However, delivery driver was courteous and always called ahead of delivery.”

“Although the product is excellent it was a very disappointing experience in terms of the delivery. Having recently had groundworks done, as part of a house renovation, we were disappointed that the equipment the driver was supplied with was not sufficient for delivery. As a result there was damage to newly finished work. We do have photographic evidence should you need it.”

“The membrane sheets which I purchased is extremely of poor quality , I would not recommend this product Not suitable at all When I have requested for a refund, I was informed that I need to bear own cost for the postage which is not what I expect from a Product company to provide services to Customer”

“Most unhelpful driver. I left an easy spot to leave 2 x 800 kg bags on the front of my drive. My wife asked the driver to put large bags on edge of drive but he insisted on putting them half in drive and half over the pavement. So when I came home had to empty bags asap so as not to block the pavement. On a positive note the stones were as advertised and seem to be good quality. Time will tell !!!”
