“The ordering process was good and the quality of the product was great. However the delivery was very poor ...... the delivery did not happen on the day it was supposed to and after promises by the delivery team that it would arrive first thing the next day it actually was delivered at 5:30pm. Also, the 1 ton bag of stone chippings was split and although this had been wrapped in clear plastic to stop spillage when it as taken off the back of the delivery lorry it spilled onto our (and neighbours) road and paths.”
