“The driver was very personable and helpful with the delivery. And now that it has rained off the dust, the slate looks lovely and exactly as pictured on your website. The calculator was very helpful too and accurate - I had exactly the amount I needed. Thank you”

“The rocks were fabulous & just want we wanted, the delivery was the annoying part. Took a day off work to be at home on the arranged day & the delivery never arrived, received an email to say deliveries may be delayed up to 2 days. The following day whilst driving to work at 8.45am, received a call to say the delivery would be within the next hour, explained I was at work & was told someone needed to be at delivery address to receive order, told the driver my father would go to my house to wait for the delivery. After 3 hours of waiting, my Father rang the drivers number to he told his load had been packed back to front and he was heading back to depot as he couldn't get the loads off as they were in the wrong order. At 14.00pm I received a call from another driver to say he was 20 minutes out, he was met by my Father & delivered my order..... the lorry was articulated & far bigger than the 18 ct discussed in the delivery info which caused a few tree & bridge issues but thankfully the driver was skilled & didn't complain!”

“Bought a few small bags from Homebase (labelled Decorative Aggregates) and decided I need a lot more as I loved the look. So ordered what was listed as the same colour but they're not the same. It's no biggie as it still looks great, just a heads-up for anyone about to do the same.”
