“I ordered a pallet of 50x 20kg bags of grey slate shippings and selected the delivery date I required. It wasn't until the day of delivery that I noticed text on my order confirmation stating that delivery can take place up to two days after the date selected but I should receive a telephone call at least an hour before delivery. If this had been the case, this would have been a problem for me but as it happens, the delivery arrived at 4:15pm on the date I had chosen. Despite the strict criteria of delivery requirements (level surface curbside delivery) the delivery driver couldn't have been more helpful. The top of my driveway does have a level surface at the curbside but the driveway is very long and too narrow for the truck to get down. The driver did try to get the pallet further down the drive and when that didn't work, he helped me to off-load the bags from the trolley. The slate chippings look great now they're in place but they are nothing like the samples that I paid £10 for to check against the colour of chippings that I already had in place. Can't thank the delivery driver enough, he was excellent.”

“Young lady delivery driver was proffesional and so lovely, she put the stones exactly where I asked her to, no fuss ....which as I'm a pensioner has made my life so much easier, I can just take my time to spread them at my leisure. love shopping with Decorative Aggregates. “I originally emailed with measurements of the space in my garden that I intended to fill with pebbles to get an estimate of how many bags I needed to buy. I ordered the pebbles late Monday and they arrived early Thursday, all 1.7 tonnes of them. The amount estimated turned out to be spot on. Very happy with the pebbles. Would definitely use again in the future.”
