“after dealing with local shops and speaking with staff who did not know what they were talking about I found Decorating direct on line and very glad I found this company. The web site is so easy to see and use, these people only sell quality products and sell products that you will not find anywhere else - it is all under one roof here. for all this they are not in any way over priced, all is affordable. the delivery is extremely quick, no waiting. I can not in my dealings with this company find, or had any reason to wish to shop anywhere else for my products. I understood what I wanted and did not require any help but if I did I am sure they would have assisted me with advise. I will use them again when the need arises, they deserve your custom. I do not know anyone at this company only through the internet and I thank them for being so efficient, up to date, and on the ball with things. Regards Graham Wilson”

The product descriptions are detailed enough and people are always happy to talk to you on the phone if you got any questions or there is any issues with the order. I also find the range good enough for my needs altho for wood finishing oils I go to other specialists companies as I'm a joiner rather than a painter.”
