“Have been using decorating direct for a number of years now, can honestly say have never been disappointed, if there is a problem with a product (which has happened twice in about 5:years) they always sort straight away very good customer service also a great range of products at competitive prices what’s not like!”

“Absolutely fabulous service, a huge range of decorating products at very good prices. Easy to navigate website. Delivery is quick and whole ordering process is easy. Good communication if an item is out of stack or delayed - plenty of alternatives on offer. Never had an issue. Only slight niggle is that no accounts (30 days) is offered, might be something for them to look into for trades who rely on account services to help with cash flow.”

“Ideal for a wide range of decorating utensils, pretty much great prices on everything. Really good swift delivery and always well packed. “Great products, I was looking for a particular product and the website also suggested a cheaper alternative that I chose and it turned out to be great and saved me a considerable amount. Also great service when I realised I’d ordered the wrong size, I emailed and someone from customer service called me back to sort it out.”
