“Delighted to find Fossa Silver-Steel flocked foam mini rollers on Decoratingdirect's website. I searched long & hard to find this quality, as many of the others available in the market leave much to be desired - as well as some of the flock fibres in the paint being applied! This definitely does not happen with Fossa's product. Can only recommend them & I will definitely buy again. I'll try other products from this manufacturer & this website again.”

“Unfortunately, this time the experience was not good. Part caused by the segmentation of their supply chain and not being aware of it. Resulted in split delivery - some of which was delayed as no-one was apparently in - and then failure to cancel that part of the order as requested and agreed. Leading to now having too much paint having sourced replacements locally for immediate use. I will now only buy contract emulsion from you and source all other supplies locally or via other web shops. RMJ”

Sorry to hear that, we do try our best, but sometimes things go wrong as they seem to have done on this occasion. Now that we're aware of the problem, we've refunded you for the unwanted items. We hope you'll consider buying from us again in the future.

“Very pleased with the service from Decorating Direct. I have one quibble though- the packaging. I realise you need to use a lot, but is there an alternative to the blow up plastic bags? maybe that biodegradable polystyrene stuff.... Other than that all is great and will keep ordering! Thanks, Rob”

“Good customer service, items always arrived on time, always packaged well. Range of stock could be. Updated better, I have had to compromise a few times as the brushes I use haven't been in stock and I have had to switch to a different style of brush. Decorating direct is my go to company for all decorating tools!”

“We were very pleased to find Decorating Direct. The prices for our usual Zinsser product was lower than our usual supplier plus we tried the 17 litre contract emulsion and found it excellent- good coverage, nice texture and at a very good price. The metal containers for all the paint we bought are a bonus too. Delivery was quick, email response was also quick. Excellent service all round.”
